For tastings, please use the Contact Me form and include in the "tell us about your inquiry" any allergies, preferred flavors, and any specific dessert you may have in mind. Tastings must be scheduled minimum 2 weeks in advance.
A tasting fee of $25 will apply and is paid when tasting date is confirmed. The fee includes 3 dessert samples for 2 people. Every additional person will be $10. If you would like to sample more than 3 desserts, there will be a $5 fee for each additional dessert. 50% of the fee will go towards your deposit should you decide to book with me.
Most guests would like to try different desserts. If you are not having a traditional cake in addition to a dessert spread, I recommend ordering 2.5 to 3 times your guest count. (e.g. if you have 50 guests, you would order 100-125 dessert pieces).
If you will be having a traditional cake, I recommend ordering 1.5 to 2 times your guest count.

Yes. I require 50% deposit once dessert choice has been agreed upon. For events with more than 50 guests, a contract must be signed with the agreed dessert decisions and final grand total cost. The deposit will be paid during signature of this contract.
If you decide to change the type or quantity of each dessert after contract, I must be notified minimum 3 months before event date. Please note, once the contract is signed, the agreed grand total cost of desserts cannot be less than contracted. I will work with you the best I can to find replacements and/or adjust quantity, but the grand total must be equal to or more than the contracted price.
I charge a flat rate of $20 if less than 15 miles from my location. An additional $3 for every mile over 15 miles will apply.

If you require rental of table and dessert stands, a rental deposit will apply (75% of deposit will be returned if all rented items are returned on time and with no damage).

The custom orders are great for a unique gift idea for any occasion. I will work with you on the details, (i.e. colors, favorite flavors, themes, any ideas you had in mind, etc.) to make the order extra special. Once I have an idea of what you are looking for, I will put together a quote for the order. If you are happy with the quote and want to move forward, a 50% deposit will apply upon confirmation.
